Nicholas Panday is a visionary executive director who oversees construction projects specializing in roads, water supply, and bridges, among other things. He has over ten years of experience overseeing construction projects as the project-in-charge on several International Contract Building Contracts.

As Director, he manages all of his company’s contracts with several companies and is well-known in the construction industry.

From 2010 to 2012, he was named the best contractor by the Federation of Contractors Association of Nepal (FCAN), and from 2015 to 2018, he was considered a top contractor by the Asian Development Bank ( ADB). He was also identified as the Fastest Growing Construction Company of the Year in 2019 by Nepal Infrastructure and Construction Excellence (NICE), and the Federation of Construction Association of Nepal awarded him the Gold Award CLass ‘A’ Category Construction Company of the Year in 2019. (FCAN).

He is the Executive Director of Kalika Construction Pvt Ltd., as well as the Managing Director of many innovative firms, including Kalika Power Company Limited, Vedanshee Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, AAC ITTA Udhyog Pvt Ltd, Kalika FM Pvt Ltd, and Kalika Television Pvt Ltd. He has also been associated with various Non-profitable and Youth organizations such as NYEF, FCAN, CNI and YPO where he has demonstrated his leadership through various roles and positions providing value from micro to macro levels.
