Tushar Todi is a fourth generation entrepreneur serving as an Executive Director at the MC Group of Companies. MC Group dates back to 1904 and has operations spanning Nepal, India and Indonesia. A diversified conglomerate, the Group has investments in essential oils, agro-chemicals, non-ferrous metals, flexible packaging, agro-foods, education, banking, insurance, and hydropower.

He earned a dual degree in industrial engineering and finance from Boston University. He handles the family’s Flexible Packaging plants and Agro based business. Along with a partner, he also started Skyline Developers Pvt. Ltd. to develop premium residential and commercial real-estate across Nepal. On a macro level, he is also involved in various business development areas of the Group like IT, HR, Strategic Planning, Group investments. Todi sums up his management style as “focusing on big milestones by setting small tasks which gradually achieve those milestones.”

Tushar is also on the Board of EO Nepal – Entrepreneurship Organization. He is a member of the prestigious Six Sigma Society.

He is very passionate about becoming a Social Entrepreneur and is currently working on a start-up along these lines which has potential of touching millions of lives in a positive way.
